Created by dancer, educator, and certified fitness professional Hanna Mullock, ALGN was developed to bridge the gap between dance training and physical conditioning. While dancers spend countless hours perfecting technique, many lack the strength, stability, and body awareness needed to perform at their highest level while reducing the risk of injury.

 

Our mission is simple: to help dancers move better, feel stronger, and build confidence from the inside out.

Sessions

Our signature group sessions combine Pilates principles with dance-specific conditioning in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Each series is designed to help dancers:

 

• Improve core strength and stability

• Enhance balance and control

• Develop greater flexibility and mobility

• Support turnout and alignment

• Build strength for jumps, turns, extensions, and overall performance

• Increase body awareness and movement efficiency

• Reduce the risk of common dance-related injuries

 

Whether you’re preparing for competition season, summer intensives, auditions, or simply looking to feel stronger in class, these sessions provide the foundation for healthier movement.

Privates

Private sessions provide individualized programming tailored to the unique goals and needs of each dancer.

These one-on-one sessions are ideal for dancers looking to:

 

• Improve specific technical skills

• Build strength in areas of weakness

• Increase flexibility safely and effectively

• Recover from or prevent recurring injuries

• Enhance confidence and body awareness

• Prepare for auditions, competitions, or intensive training periods

 

Every private session is customized to help dancers reach their goals while developing sustainable movement habits that support long-term growth.

Workshops

ALGN Workshops are designed for dance studios, teams, conventions, and intensive programs looking to provide dancers with specialized education and conditioning.

Workshops can be customized to focus on topics such as:

 

• Turns and spotting mechanics

• Jump strength and landing control

• Turnout and hip stability

• Injury prevention for dancers
