Refund Policy

At ALGN for Dancers, we are committed to providing high-quality programming and maintaining small class sizes to ensure the best experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering.
Sessions
Registration fees for multi-week sessions reserve a participant’s spot for the entire program.
• Refund requests submitted at least 7 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a refund or account credit.
• No refunds will be issued once a session has begun.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future sessions.
• If a participant is unable to continue due to injury or medical circumstances, requests for a partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
Workshops
• Workshop registrations are refundable up to 72 hours before the event.
• No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the workshop start time.
• Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from ALGN for Dancers.
Private Lessons
• Private lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full ession fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
Program Cancellations
If ALGN for Dancers cancels a session, workshop, private lesson, or event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered one of the following:
• A full refund
• A credit toward a future program
• Transfer to another available offering
Weather & Emergency Closures
In the event of severe weather, facility closures, or circumstances beyond our control, ALGN for Dancers will make every effort to reschedule the affected class or provide an alternative solution. Refunds may not be available for circumstances outside of our control.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
